Bank Support Staff – Mental Health Support & Rehabilitation
Due to an increase in service user numbers, we are seeking bank support staff to assist with support and rehabilitation, ensuring each individual receives a high quality of care and an improved standard of life.
About the Role:
As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with varying needs, helping them to live more independently and achieve their goals. This role offers flexible working hours to meet the demands of the service.
Ideal Candidate:
✅ Experience in a mental health environment (NVQ Level 3 desirable but not essential)
✅ Passionate about delivering high standards of care
✅ Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
✅ Capable of using initiative and working independently
✅ Flexible and adaptable – no two shifts will be the same
Working Hours:
- 6 or 12-hour shifts on an ad hoc basis
- Includes days and weekends, depending on service needs
This position is subject to satisfactory DBS checks and references.
