We are looking for an Early Years professional to join our team in Holywood! Working alongside with the Early Childhood Centre Manager you will be responsible for creating a fun, safe and nurturing environment for our little and bigger ones to grow and thrive in.
You must have experience working in a day care environment in a a multi age site as well as having a passion for early childhood education. We want someone who is flexible a multitasker, energetic, professional at all times and has great people skills. This job is not for the faint of heart - you will be working with some of the most demanding and adorable clients out there!
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all health and safety regulations are being met
Help to develop a curriculum that is engaging, fun, and age appropriate incorporating a Reggio Emilia, Curiosity and Playwork Ethos.
Assist with Communicating regularly with parents and caregivers to ensure that their child's need are being met and they are happy with the care they are receiving.
Keep up to date with the latest early childhood education research, Playwork and trends.
Create a positive, professional and supportive work environment for all your colleagues.
Reporting to the senior leadership team.
Requirements: (childcare qualification is mandatory)
Level 3 in Early Education, Playwork or related field.
Level 2 in Early Childhood Education, or related field.
Full, clean driving licence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to be solution focused and be a team player.
A love for working with children and a sense of humour.
