Front of House / Bar Team Member
The Tapyard Riverside is all about our own award-winning craft beers, paired with a fresh, street-food style menu.
Due to the continued success of the business, we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic people to join our team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Bar and food service
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across The Tapyard and Taproom
- Supporting our outside bars at events such as the Royal Cornwall Show and other local festivals
What we’re looking for:
- A passion for great hospitality and customer service
- A positive, can-do attitude
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Flexibility — this isn’t a 9–5 role and will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience is preferred but not essential — full training will be provided

We currently have 2 permanent positions available (24–30 hours per week), with immediate start available.
