This listening bar is set to be a unique concept, bringing together the owners' shared love of music, food and hospitality, and the sound system really is a big part of this place. After years of searching for the right site we cannot wait to see this vision come to life. They'll be championing some of the most exciting English wines alongside experimental cocktails. The food programme influenced by Kashmiri & Afghan cooking through the modern London lens, think bold flavours, fire-led cooking always working with excellent ingredients.
We're looking for an experienced, intuitive General Manager to lead the site from launch. You'll need a strong background in restaurants, ideally will have handled a few openings. You'll need to be super organised and thrive of building a positive, happy working culture within your team. This is most definitely a hands on service focused role.
Alongside the restaurant they'll be events from brand activations and album launches, and so previous event experience would be great, but not essential.
The founders are working with an incredible array of talented people to bring this concept to life, and we're thrilled to play our part, especially after hearing about what's already in the pipeline!
