Right at Home Derby, Ashby, Burton & Uttoxeter is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Business Manager to join our growing leadership team.
This is a newly created role designed to support the next stage of growth within the business. Working directly alongside the Owner/Managing Director, you will help drive accountability, operational performance, business growth and delivery across the company.
We are looking for somebody who enjoys making things happen, improving performance, supporting people and driving projects forward.

The Role
This is not a traditional care management role.
The successful candidate will support:
- Operational coordination and accountability
- Team performance and oversight
- Business growth initiatives
- Recruitment and commercial activity
- Strategic projects and process improvements
- Relationship and partnership development
There will also be up to 3 direct reports within the role.

You may currently work within operations, recruitment, sales, account management, healthcare or another service-led environment.
