We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.. Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, ensuring all surfaces are clean and sanitised.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with company policies.
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues effectively.
