Our clients come to us for beautiful cuts and colours, but also for conversation, friendship, advise, confidence and sometimes simply a listening ear. We've created a calm, welcoming salon environment where mindfulness, wellbeing and genuine human connection sit alongside excellent hairdressing.
We are now looking for a Friendly, confident and experienced level 3 qualified stylist to join our team on a part-time, employed basis.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for an experienced all-round stylist who is confident across a range of hairdressing services and who genuinely cares about the person sitting in their chair.
Someone who listens carefully to their clients, understands their concerns and takes pride in creating a positive, personal experience from the moment they arrive.
Technical ability is important to us, but so are empathy, kindness and excellent communiaction.
We want someone who understands that how a client feels when they leave the salon matters just as much as how their hair looks.
What we offer
* £13,50-£15.00 per hour, depending on experience
* 15-21 hours per week
* Service commission paid weekly
* Retail commission paid monthly

* No evenings later than 6pm
* Shorter Saturday hours with flexibility not to work every Saturday
