As Product Manager, Transactional Banking & FX Payments (in Retail Products), you’ll own and improve the end-to-end experience for international payments and related FX journeys across our customer channels (Mobile, Browser/Online and Contact Centre). Your focus will be on making sure procedures, controls and operational playbooks are accurate, current and consistently applied—so we could help stakeholders to resolve customer queries and complaints quickly, fairly and with clear accountability, in addition to enhance our current international process flows. This role needs someone who can map complex payment flows, understand the SLAs and dependencies at each step (including FX), and communicate clearly with stakeholders—from Relationship Managers (RMs) to interbank/relationship management teams—especially where funds are delayed, pending, recalled, retained.
