Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented E-Commerce Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing online sales platforms, maintaining accurate product listings, and providing customer service. Responsibilities
- Managing the Shopify website.
- Uploading new products.
- Updating stock levels and inventory.
- Maintaining product descriptions, images, and specifications.
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain product images and information.
- Coordinating with management regarding pricing and product details.
- Organising product categories and collections.
- Integrating Shopify with third-party software (inventory, marketplaces, ERP, etc.).
- Troubleshooting Shopify issues and managing apps.
- Ensuring product information is accurate and up to date.
- Monitoring website functionality and making improvements where required.
- Process sales orders, returns, and refunds accurately whilst ensuring timely fulfilment.
- Maintain comprehensive records of transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Provide prompt and professional customer service via email, chat, or phone to address enquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Support sales administration tasks such as invoicing, billing, and updating customer information within systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise operational efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience.
Skills
- Strong experience with Shopify.
- Understanding of inventory and stock management.
- Experience with Shopify apps and software integrations.
- Good Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
- Basic image editing (Canva or Photoshop) would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with marketplaces such as Debenhams, Fruugo, The Range, eBay, or Amazon would be beneficial if applicable.
Pay: £15.00 per hour
