Location: Highland Heights Luxury Glamping, Strathpeffer
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week (including weekends on rotation)
Pay: Above National Minimum Wage, plus paid holidays, company pension and staff discounts.
Job Summary
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our friendly team at our award-winning luxury glamping site.
This role is all about creating exceptional first impressions. You’ll be responsible for preparing our luxury glamping pods to the highest standard between guest stays, ensuring every pod is beautifully presented, spotless and ready to welcome guests.

Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare our luxury glamping pods to an exceptional standard between guest stays.
- Make beds and present each pod beautifully for arriving guests.
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, living and sleeping areas to a consistently high standard.
- Restock toiletries, refreshments, towels and guest amenities.
- Ensure hot tubs, outdoor areas and entrances are clean, tidy and guest-ready.
- Keep cleaning cupboards organised, clean and fully stocked.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage or missing items promptly.
- Work efficiently whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Help maintain the outstanding standards our guests expect and regularly compliment us on.

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and own transport (essential due to our rural location).
Experience
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right person.
