We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation in our facilities, ensuring that every guest has a comfortable and welcoming experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of resident's rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the premises.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Provide supervision and appraisals for the team you will manage.
- Ordering of cleaning materials, completing cleaning Audits and weekly Rota.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in Care Home environments or similar settings is advantageous.
