We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Customer Experience department. You will be responsible for a team dedicated to a group of clients - leading them to deliver a productive and a quality service by nurturing an environment where they have a sense of direction, commitment, and purpose to always deliver outstanding customer service.
Primary Accountabilities
- To act as an escalation, point of contact for client servicing issues.
- To manage key account administrators to run accounts smoothly.
- Proactive management of daily KPI reports - investigating every failure and driving improvement from the data.
- Driving new business through existing services.
- Consistently investigating and driving new service offerings.
- Management of beneficial partnership between Panther and its clients - through regular onsite/off-site review meetings.
- Setting personal growth target with manager and driving this through results.
