About the Role
Mediline Supported Living is seeking an experienced, organised, and proactive Administration Assistant to join our Head Office team on a fixed-term basis to provide maternity cover.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled administrator to play a key role in supporting both our Head Office and operational functions, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of essential administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
As our Administration Assistant, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Maintaining and auditing organisational databases and records.
- Updating and maintaining operational contact information and service address lists.
- Ensuring service-related documentation is accurately typed, completed, and filed.
- Supporting the coordination of staff training, including maintaining training records and certificates.
- Assisting the HR team with the preparation of recruitment packs and the coordination of interviews.
- Supporting the HR team with staff data collection and record management.
- Assisting Reception by responding to telephone enquiries, written correspondence, and welcoming visitors.
- Preparing meeting facilities and ensuring office areas remain organised, well-maintained, and appropriately stocked.
- Supporting document archiving and records management processes.
About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to work.
- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to support colleagues across different functions.
- Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment.
