We are looking to recruit a Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. We are a busy orthodontic practice in Guildford and Epsom, with a large referral base and a lot of patient enquiries, we are one of the top Invisalign providers in the UK and are continuing to grow.
The role is full time Multisite and involves the following:
- Manage incoming new patient referrals and enquiries
- Carrying out consultations/discussions with all potential patients
- Manage private patient contracts and payments/finance plans
- Following up treatment uptake
- Managing diary appointments and treatment schedules
- Able to work as a member of a team supporting other staff members so that the practice can run smoothly, assisting reception if required
- Existing patient enquiries
- Liaising with referring dentists and hospital enquiries
- Gathering and preparing social media content
- To cover the Epsom practice if needed.
Skill and experience
- Strong motivation to succeed
- Attention to detail and organised
- Good communication skills
- Excellent level of IT competency and proficiency
- Previous treatment coordinator experience is preferable, but not essential
- Previous orthodontic experience is preferable, but not essential
Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 5.30pm
Friday 8.00am - 1.00pm
Salary: £13.00-£16.00 per hour DOE, plus commission with the potential of earning an additional £500.00 - £1000.00 per month.
