Hours of work - 5 in 7 days, 6am start until production finish.
(One Saturday every other weekend with one day off in the week)

What You’ll Do – Your Role at a Glance:
As our Multihead Weigher & Bagging Machine Operator, you’ll be the heart of the production line, making sure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You'll set up and operate our advanced machinery, keeping everything on spec, on time, and on target.
Hours of work: 06:00 - until finish (up to 12 hours). 5 of 7 shift pattern. One Saturday working every other weekend. No Sunday working
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Set up and operate the Multihead Weigher & Bagging Machine to its optimal performance
✅ Complete essential start-up checks to guarantee safe operation
✅ Monitor product quality and perform line inspections to catch issues before they happen
✅ Ensure customer specifications and traceability are met at every step
✅ Communicate effectively with your team and supervisors to keep production on track
✅ Keep things spotless with our Clean As You Go policy—because cleanliness is key
✅ Respond to machine issues quickly and safely, escalating when needed
✅ Stay sharp and efficient in a fast-paced environment where quality comes first

Previous machine operating experience
Strong knowledge of production procedures
Incredible attention to detail
