We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. The successful candidate will oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create and manage content for social media, websites, email marketing, and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using analytics tools.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Coordinate with designers, sales teams, and external agencies to deliver marketing projects.
- Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and events.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign delivery.
- Improve website traffic and lead generation through SEO and content marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a marketing role (2+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media advertising, SEO, and email marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
