About the role:
This is a flexible, casual position perfect if you're looking for variety. You'll play a key role in creating a warm, hotel-style experience for every guest.
What you'll be doing as a Casual Receptionist

Welcoming guests and delivering first-class customer service

Handling reservations, enquiries, and guest check-ins

Managing billing, payments, and daily cashing up

Operating the switchboard and coordinating with departments

Supporting guests with information, luggage, and room access

Occasionally helping out with events and other departments
