We are looking for an experienced barber to work in a well established barber shop in Maidenhead town Center.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality haircuts, beard trims, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
- Engage with clients through friendly communication, understanding their needs and offering professional advice
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all tools, equipment, and workstations to ensure a safe environment
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Stay current with the latest barbering trends, techniques, and products to deliver innovative services
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and energetic salon atmosphere that promotes teamwork and professionalism
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a barber is beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Proficiency in barbering techniques including fades, tapers, line-ups, and grooming styles
- Strong communication skills in English to clearly understand client requests and provide professional guidance
- Knowledge of current hair styling trends and product knowledge is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced yet relaxed environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Valid barber license or certification as required by local regulations
