The Role
You'll be the Property Manager running our Market Harborough community day to day, owning the resident experience end to end:
- Market and advertise the community, and be the face of it — welcoming residents, handling queries, building relationships that make people renew
- Manage lettings, viewings, move-ins and move-outs
- Coordinate maintenance and contractors
- Stay on top of compliance, inspections and safety checks
- Hit occupancy and rent collection targets
About You
- Proven experience in residential lettings, property management or BTR (ARLA/Propertymark a plus, not essential)
- Organised, self-motivated and calm under pressure
- A natural with people — residents, contractors and colleagues alike
- Comfortable with property software, happy to help shape new systems
