We are seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to lead a Children's Residential Home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in the Bicester area.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, management, and performance of the home.
You will:
- Lead and develop a high-performing residential team
- Promote exceptional outcomes for young people
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding requirements
- Create a positive, nurturing, and therapeutic environment
- Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement
- Build strong partnerships with local authorities and external stakeholders
- Support recruitment, retention, and staff development
What We're Looking For
- Experience within Children's Residential Care
- Current Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of Children's Home Regulations and Ofsted requirements
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
