11.30am - 2.30pm
3-6 pm
2 - 6pm

As a "Brilliant" Bank Staff member and become a key player in creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment for young children. In this flexible role, you will support our dedicated team by stepping into various childcare and management duties, ensuring each child's developmental needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your energy and passion for early childhood education will help foster a positive learning atmosphere where children can thrive and explore confidently.
Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising and engaging with children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Support nursery staff with managing classroom routines, play sessions, and learning experiences that promote early development
- Communicate effectively with children and team members to build trusting relationships and ensure smooth daily operations
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and independence
- Take on leadership roles when needed by guiding small groups of children or supporting new staff members in their duties
- Support the implementation of early childhood education programs aligned with best practices in childcare
- Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping or preparing materials to facilitate seamless nursery operations
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact clearly with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations within a dynamic childcare environment
- Passionate about fostering positive learning experiences and promoting child safety at all times
Pay: £12.71 per hour
