We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Event Assistants to join our team.
This is a hands-on role supporting the setup and operation of entertainment equipment at a variety of events. Successful applicants will help deliver high-quality experiences for our clients while representing the company in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, transportation, setup, and dismantling of event equipment.
- Ensure equipment is installed safely and correctly before events begin.
- Remain on-site during events to monitor and operate equipment as required.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and event guests.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional working environment.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Comfortable driving company vehicles (LWB vans) and travelling to various event locations.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving equipment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and bank holidays.
- Previous event experience is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided.
