We are seeking a professional, reliable, and proactive On-Call Security Officer to join our team. In this role, you will provide vital operational support across a variety of commercial, industrial, and public sites, stepping in to cover short-notice shifts, alarm responses, mobile patrols, and scheduled relief duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to short-notice call-outs, emergency cover requests, and alarm activations.
- Conducting thorough internal and external perimeter patrols.
- Accurately maintaining and completing daily logs, incident reports, alarm activation records, and patrol documentation.
- Providing reliable operational and staff cover across multiple sites during periods of planned and unplanned absence.
- Ensuring the security, integrity, and safety of client premises and assets at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervision or Security Guarding).
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential for mobile and response assignments).
- Professional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and flexibility regarding hours (including nights and weekends).
- Ability to provide a comprehensive checkable work and education history.
