Facilities Co-ordinator (Temporary) SIA licensed
Location: Newbury, Berkshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am till 6pm
Duration: 7 weeks (Starting ASAP)
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Co-ordinator to support a busy site in Newbury on a temporary basis to cover holiday leave.
This is a hands-on, site-based role supporting the day-to-day running of the office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining the tea/coffee station
- Ensuring all consumables are fully stocked at all times
- Washing cups in the dishwasher and replenishing as required
- Emptying bins throughout the day and at close of business
- Maintaining a clean and organised communal area
Additional Ad Hoc Duties:
- Providing short-term cover on reception when required
- Restocking stationery in training rooms and reception areas
- Supporting general facilities tasks across site
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and punctual
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Good communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Previous facilities or office support experience preferred but not essential
