Duties
- Assist in preparing ingredients and baking products according to established recipes and quality standards
- Support food production by mixing, portioning, and assembling baked goods and other food items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace, adhering to food safety regulations
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, ovens, and other baking tools
- Help with packaging, labeling, and stocking baked goods for display or delivery
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and ensure timely service

Skills
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, or baking is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety practices and standards within a commercial kitchen or restaurant setting
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, including food production processes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning new techniques
- Prior restaurant or culinary experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for baking is essential
- Good communication skills to follow instructions accurately and coordinate with team members
