If you’re great with people and have a talent for making the most of a shop’s potential, we’re looking for a Retail Team Leader in the National Trust shop at Corfe Castle.
Salary: £25,837.50 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours/ working pattern: Annualised hours contract of 1950 hours per annum. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. Working days will usually be Sunday through to Thursday, dependant on the business need.

What you'll be doing:Working alongside the Retail Manager within a bustling retail location in Corfe Castle.
Your role as a Retail Team Leader will play a key part in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
You will be monitoring stock, merchandising products, assisting in inducting and training team members and delivering fantastic customer service.
You'll help to manage the shop so that it’s both a delight for visitors and commercially successful. to help meet stretching financial targets.
You’ll lead by example when it comes to focusing on income and profitability, which help to fund the National Trust’s vital conservation work.
You will be supervising a team of both paid and volunteer colleagues who are passionate about our cause.
