Electrical Foreman

Salary DOE PLUS PACKAGE
Dodd Group requires an experienced Electrical foreman to deliver an electrical programme of works in occupied social housing within the Birmingham area.
The Foreman will be responsible for Looking after Electrical Domestic rewire programme including:
- Surveying
- Ordering materials
- Dealing with customers and engineers
- Electrical works as and when required
- Completing post inspection. Starting
- This is a client facing role so good communication skills are essential.
The right candidate must have –
- SMSTS
- Demonstrable experience in delivering Electrical Works
- Hold a full UK driving Licence
- Excellent communication skills
- Social housing Experience
- Show leadership of the labour force
- Ensuring site safety is maintained
- Overseeing productivity of the Sub-Contractors and directly employed Staff.
- Programme production and reporting
- Solving issues that arise on site in a calm and measured way
- Identifying rectification works if required.
- Build and maintain a good working relationship with the client
- Attend monthly client meetings
