The main aspects of your role as an imaging healthcare assistant and receptionist:
· Reception cover and front of house administration
· Chaperoning
· Phlebotomy and cannulation (desirable)
· Uploading pathology requests in a timely and accurate manner
· Sending results in a timely and accurate manner
· Ensuring consulting rooms are fully stocked with clinical stock every day in preparation for each clinic
· Ensuring all ultrasound equipment is fully stocked in both scanning rooms at all times
· Maintaining accurate records of both clinical (instruments) and pharmacy stock, including date checks and audits under the supervision of senior clinical assistant
· Familiarising yourself with the clinical needs of all the consultants
· Friendly and knowledgeable patient service of the highest standards
· Support, liaison and co-operative working with consultants for patients undergoing minor procedures alongside
· Maintaining the quality of environment
· Ensuring participation in annual patient survey
· Filing of patient correspondence (i.e. consent forms etc);
· Keeping your knowledge up-to-date of all the services and products that the clinic provides
· Have a good knowledge of CQC and its requirements
General:
· Participate in the training of new staff (where relevant);
· To follow administration manual procedures as set down;
· To undertake any other duties that the centre management may so decide from time to time within your competency.

Essential:
· Excellent Communication skills
· Good IT skills (Microsoft office)
Schedule:
- Up to 8-hour shift
- Monday to Saturday
- Flexible with shifts
Education:
- Diploma of Higher Education (required)
Experience:
- medical imaging support: 1 years (required)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
