Front of House – Aesthetics / DentaQuest

Azthetics / DentaQuest is a premium aesthetics clinic and private dental practice, specialising in advanced facial aesthetics, including anti-wrinkle treatments and dermal fillers, as well as high quality general, cosmetic, and preventative dentistry.
We are looking for a polished, friendly, and highly organised Front of House team member to be the face of our clinic.
This is a key role where you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring every interaction, whether in person or online, reflects our high standards of care and professionalism.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients and creating a warm, professional first impression
- Managing front desk operations and daily appointment schedules
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and social media enquiries
- Booking, confirming, and rebooking patient appointments
- Providing information about treatments and services
- Taking payments and managing billing accurately
- Maintaining patient records and ensuring GDPR compliance
- Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a front of house, reception, or customer service role (clinic experience desirable)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident handling phone, email, and online enquiries
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance and manner
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Experience with dental/aesthetic software (preferred but not essential)

Hours: Monday–Friday
Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
