Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite to visualize concepts and facilitate stakeholder understanding.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis utilizing ArcGIS, CAD, and other GIS tools to support planning decisions and optimize project outcomes.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, project specifications, and environmental standards.
- Prepare clear, thorough reports and documentation to communicate project progress, compliance status, and technical findings.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables through effective project management practices while maintaining flexibility for evolving project needs.
- Assist in site assessments by integrating construction experience with technical skills to identify potential challenges early in the planning process.
- Support the creation of visual presentations and proposals that effectively convey design intent and compliance strategies to stakeholders.
Experience
- Proven experience in planning or design-related roles with a strong background in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, ArcGIS, and CAD software is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and produce comprehensive reports that inform decision-making.
- Prior experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of client compliance procedures within regulatory frameworks related to urban planning or environmental standards.
- Excellent communication skills for report writing, stakeholder engagement, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
- Construction experience is a plus, providing practical insights into the feasibility of design proposals.

Pay: £42,000.00-£58,000.00 per year
