We are an independent café in the heart of Pimlico, passionate about serving exceptional specialty coffee to our loyal community of regulars. We take pride in our craft, using high-quality beans and top-of-the-range equipment. We are now looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista who shares our love for coffee and customer service to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of specialty coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, filter coffee, and other hot drinks, with precision and consistency.
- Dial in espresso and filter recipes daily to ensure every drink meets our quality standards.
- Provide warm, energetic, and welcoming hospitality, making every guest feel seen and valued.
- Take orders accurately, handle payments, and maintain a clean and organised coffee station.
- Maintain brand standards even during high-volume service, following our recipes and techniques.
- Perform opening and/or closing duties for the coffee shop.
- Work efficiently as part of a team, while also being able to work independently.
What We Are Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee environment.
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and coffee brewing methods.
- Ability to produce consistent, high-quality drinks with good presentation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

- Passionate about coffee and creating delicious beverages.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-centric.
- Reliable, punctual, and a genuine team player.
- Eligible to work in the UK (proof of right to work will be required).
