Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Saturday Morning School Manager to oversee our performing arts classes in Portsmouth. This role is vital in ensuring a positive learning environment that fosters growth and enjoyment for young performers. The position is based in Portsmouth, GB.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate Saturday morning performing arts classes, ensuring smooth operations.
- Support and motivate teaching staff to deliver high-quality training.
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff to promote a positive community.
- Organize schedules, resources, and materials for classes.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to enhance learning experiences.
- Uphold health and safety standards within the training environment.
- Contribute to the development of new programs and activities aligned with company goals.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing performing arts or educational programs.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities with children, parents, and staff.
- Passion for performing arts education and youth development.
- Ability to motivate and support a team of instructors.
- Prior experience in a similar managerial role is preferred.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to educational settings.
