Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our dynamic team on a Self Employed basis to support our Projects Team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills in various trades, including elements of plumbing work, basic electrical, carpentry, decorating and general building maintenance.
The successful applicant will demonstrate proficiency in using both hand and power tools while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- PLEASE NOTE: Although this advert is advertised for the Exeter area, there will be a volume of driving and staying away to complete works in and out of hours across the South of the UK. You will need your own van and tools. We will complete detailed background checks and request references based on a job offer.
Duties
Clear Communication throughout your duties
Completing works to high quality, and on time
Basic Plumbing and Electrics, Carpentry, Decoration, General Building, Multi-Trade Repair works.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary.

Pay: £18.00-£22.00 per hour
