We are working in partnership with a highly respected, award-winning UK architectural practice to appoint an Architectural Technologist within their established Retails & Hospitality team. The Role
As an Architectural Technologist, you will work with our clients team of Architects, Interior Designers and other Technologists, supporting and often leading the detailed design for a variety of fast-paced retail & hospitality sector schemes.
You will:
- Produce detailed technical drawings, construction packages, and specifications
- Ensure designs comply with building regulations, planning requirements, and relevant codes/standards
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers to resolve technical queries and design issues
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design intent
- Maintain project documentation, drawing registers, and revision control throughout the project lifecycle
- Support project delivery timelines by managing workload priorities and meeting key deadlines

Key Requirements
- Experience of retail/commercial interior fit-out packages, including bespoke detailing and specification writing, would be an advantage.
- Proficiency with either Autodesk Revit or AutoCAD (training will be provided as required)
- Excellent communication skills
- Appropriate technical qualifications e.g. HNC/HND or equivalent
- 3 years post-qualification experience, across all RIBA work stages 3 - 5
