Family run maintenance company offering maintenance services to residential properties on behalf of Letting agencies and landlords. Completing all works to the highest spec.
Looking for a diligent and conscientious contractors to join our growing team. You should be able to think on your feet and adapt to changing scenarios, as well as being a team player to fit in with our family ethos.
Your main trade will be Carpentry but you should be competent in all trades for the maintenance works we undertake.
Maintenance Carpenter:
Carry out domestic household maintenance and carpentry jobs such as hanging doors, fitting kitchens, building cupboards, boxing in, fire-rated doors/plasterboard etc. Fire Door experience essential.
Will carry out multiple jobs via your schedule
Covering all over London within M25, must be willing to travel as required.
Must have own Vehicle & Tools - additional vehicle allowance offered.
Must be able to use handheld device to receive schedule and carry out job reports.
Must be CIS registered and have a UTR number for self employed position.
Working hours - Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
