Senior Chef de Partie – STK Stratford

What You'll Be Doing
- Running your designated section with confidence and consistency.
- Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
- Preparing and presenting dishes to STK's exacting standards.
- Assisting with training and mentoring junior chefs.
- Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Monitoring stock levels and helping minimise waste.
- Working collaboratively to deliver an exceptional service during busy periods.
- Ensuring quality, consistency, and attention to detail on every plate.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.
- Experience in a high-volume, premium restaurant or steakhouse environment.
- Passion for quality ingredients and beautifully executed dishes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
- A genuine team player with a desire to develop and progress.
