As a Parts Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for supporting customers with their spare parts requirements, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining exceptional service levels.
Key responsibilities include:

Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email

Identifying and supplying the correct parts for customer requirements

Processing orders accurately and efficiently

Providing updates on order status, availability, and delivery schedules

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

Identifying opportunities to increase parts sales

Supporting the team in achieving sales and margin targets

Managing urgent orders and resolving customer issues promptly

Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives and business growth
