Multi-Skilled Tradesman
Tom Willoughby is seeking a Multi-Skilled Tradesman to deliver skilled trade works across projects in Yorkshire and the North of England.
The role is suited to a qualified Joiner or Plumber (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) with the ability to undertake additional associated works such as plastering, decorating and minor repairs. You will work independently and alongside site teams, maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver works aligned to a recognised trade qualification in Joinery or Plumbing, with the ability to competently undertake additional associated works such as plastering, decorating and minor repairs.
- Support wider site operations under the direction of site managers and supervisors.
- Ensure tools, materials and equipment are used, maintained and stored in a safe and responsible manner.
- Maintain a clean, safe and compliant working environment at all times.
- Travel to various project sites across Yorkshire and the North of England.
- Comply fully with company procedures and all applicable health, safety and environmental regulations.
What We are Looking For
Essential:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Joinery or Plumbing
- CSCS card (or ability to obtain)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong health and safety knowledge
- Eligibility for BPSS clearance
Desirable:
- Experience in social housing, defence or framework environments
- First Aid and/or Asbestos Awareness
