Clinical Assistant / Patient Experience Coordinator Hybrid Role
Week 1 Tues – Saturday (41.5 hours)
Week 2 Monday – Friday (42.5 hours)
Location Glasgow (G1 3NU) & Bothwell (G71 8NA)
Salary £31,668.00
This hybrid position combines two key responsibilities:
Patient Experience Coordinator
You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring every visit begins with a warm welcome and a seamless check in experience. You will manage appointments within an electronic diary, support patient enquiries, and uphold the high standards of professionalism and hospitality that define Clinetix.
Clinical Assistant
You will support our clinical team with day to day operations, ensuring treatment rooms are prepared, stock is organised, and clinicians have everything they need to deliver safe, efficient, and personalised care. Specific training will be provided.
Patient Experience Coordinator responsibilities:
- Deliver a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all patients
- Manage check ins, appointment scheduling, and patient flow
- Handle phone, written, and in clinic enquiries with clarity and care
- Maintain reception areas to a high standard
- Process payments and support retail product sales
- Uphold Clinetix brand values in every interaction
- CRM administration
Clinical Assistant responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical cleanliness standards
- Assist clinicians with treatments, room turnover and patient flow
- Manage stock levels, restocking, and basic inventory logging
- Support safe handling of medical supplies and equipment
- Ensure smooth operational running of Bothwell and Glasgow clinics
- Follow all clinical protocols, safety procedures, and compliance requirements

Week 1
- Monday: Front of House – Bothwell
- Tuesday: Clinical Assistant – Bothwell
- Wednesday: Clinical Assistant – Bothwell
- Thursday: Clinical Assistant – Glasgow
- Friday: Front of House – Glasgow
Week 2
- Tuesday: Clinical Assistant – Bothwell
- Wednesday: Clinical Assistant – Bothwell
- Thursday: Clinical Assistant – Glasgow
- Friday: Front of House – Glasgow
- Saturday: Front of House – Bothwell
What We’re Looking For
- Warm, professional, confident communicator with a patient centred approach
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Professional presentation and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
- Comfortable working across two clinic locations
- Previous clinical experience is essential
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Essential Qualities
- Strong front of house / reception experience
- Excellent customer service skills, ideally with 2+ years’ experience within luxury hospitality, private healthcare or high end client services
- Confident using CRM systems and comfortable with day to day computer tasks
- A calm, organised and polished approach
- Outstanding communication skills - both in person and over the phone
- Driven, reliable and committed to delivering exceptional patient care
- Personal presentation and a positive, proactive attitude
