About the Role
You will:
- Greet all clients with warmth, professionalism, and a calm demeanour
- Explain our float therapy, contrast therapy, and related wellness services clearly and confidently
- Answer queries and offer support throughout the client journey
- Ensure service rooms are thoroughly cleaned, sanitised, and reset to our high standards between appointments
- Handle bookings, payments, and general admin duties using our scheduling system
- Maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere within the centre at all times

Desirable Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role (spa, wellness, or beauty environment preferred but not essential)
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking systems or POS systems
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about wellness and holistic therapies

Please note: This is weekend work only, starting at 14:30 and finishing at 21:00 on both days.
