Job Description:
Due to business growth, we are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor to work within our busy Production department. The successful candidate will oversee the production Operatives, technicians and Line leaders here at Lymn Bank Farm. Organise and monitor workflow on the production floor. Look for ways to improve employee efficiency to maximise production output and profits.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
- Ensure production schedules are met on time and within quality standards.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, training, and support.
- Enforce workplace safety policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Inspect products and processes to maintain quality standards.
- Minimize downtime by coordinating with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.
- Prepare daily reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with quality, engineering, maintenance, warehouse, and planning departments.

Working Conditions
· Work is performed in a manufacturing or production environment.
· Mon-Fri 7am-7pm (Although this is normally 5pm), No weekends, No bank holiday, Christmas shut down.
