Job Description:

About PH Camps
PH Camps delivers high-quality holiday camps for primary-aged children across multiple venues.
Our camps focus on providing safe, engaging and well-organised experiences for children, while giving parents confidence that their child is in excellent hands.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Deputy Camps Operations Manager to support the delivery, planning and ongoing development of our camps provision.
The Role
This is a key operational role supporting the Camps Operations Manager in the planning, organisation and delivery of our holiday camps.
You’ll play an important part in ensuring everything is prepared ahead of each holiday period and that camps run smoothly, safely and to a high standard.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive and looking to step into a broader operational position within a growing business.
Working Pattern
This is a part-time role of 20 hours per week.
Due to the nature of holiday camps, some flexibility is required at key points in the year. This includes supporting the logistics of camp setup and pack down, such as:
- Delivering and setting up equipment ahead of camps starting
- Collecting equipment from venues at the end of camp periods
These activities will take place around the end and start of school terms and may require additional hours during these periods, balanced across the wider working schedule. This includes driving the company van to transport equipment and resources between venues.
Additional Opportunities
There may be the opportunity to combine this role with a wraparound care position during term time, creating a full-time role for the right candidate.
