Right now, we’re on the lookout for a Maintenance Assistant to join our awesome team in Glasgow. This is a permanent, part-time role (25 hours a week), and we’re all about flexibility, so we hope you are too!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Fix-It Guru: Tackle minor repairs and maintenance tasks with a smile, as directed our General Manager.
- Add Some Colour: Dive into painting and redecorating to keep our spaces looking fresh and vibrant.
- Customer Hero: Respond quickly and efficiently to tenant needs, making their stay with us even better.
- Time Management Pro: Ensure every task is completed on schedule and to our high standards.
- Be Proactive: Spot any maintenance work that needs doing – even the stuff we haven’t noticed yet!
- Flat Turnaround Expert: Help clear out newly vacant flats and get them ready for the next resident.
- Emergency Responder: Be on call for any urgent repairs – because we know life happens.
- Team Player: Jump in and help out with any other reasonable requests from Management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience Matters: At least 2 years in a similar role is a must.
- Maintenance Know-How: You’ve got solid knowledge of property maintenance.
- Customer-Centric: You love making people happy and ensuring they have a top-notch experience.
- Time Management Skills: You know how to prioritize and get things done efficiently.
- Team Spirit: You’re proactive, love working with others, and bring a positive attitude to everything you do.
- Professionalism: You maintain a courteous and professional manner when dealing with our tenants.
Please note that this role is an average of 25 hours per week.
