Job Summary:
IS Group is an established Company manufacturing high end signage with installations nationwide. We work with local government, construction, architects, managing agents, land and property developers and urban designers. We interpret concept designs into CAD manufacturing drawings and manufacture in our engineering department.
To strengthen our team we are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our sales and leading marketing efforts, driving growth, and achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage account sales to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion
- Generate reports for management
- Lead marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Collaborate with the team to create compelling promotional materials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

- Proven experience in a sales or marketing management role
- Ability to analyse data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
