Swan Care Group Ltd is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that service users receive safe, effective, person-led care in their own homes, while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and supporting the development of a dedicated care team. Duties
- Lead and support care staff to deliver personalised care and support plans tailored to each service user’s needs and preferences.
- Oversee medication management and ensure safe medicines administration in accordance with legislation and best practice.
- Develop, review and update care and support plans, including those for people living with dementia and other long-term conditions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, CQC regulations, and health and safety requirements.
- Monitor the wellbeing of service users and coordinate appropriate changes to care arrangements when required.
- Manage staff rotas, supervisions, training and professional development.
- Liaise effectively with families, healthcare professionals and external agencies to provide coordinated, person-led care.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with statutory and organisational requirements.
- Foster a culture that promotes dignity, independence, choice and respect for all service users.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous management experience within domiciliary or community-based adult social care.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Sound knowledge of care planning, safeguarding and medication management.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- Thorough understanding of CQC requirements and current best practice in home care.
- A recognised qualification in health and social care, with eligibility to register as a CQC Registered Manager.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
