Duties
- Greet customers professionally and assist them in selecting products or services that meet their needs.
- Engage in effective negotiation to close sales and maximise revenue opportunities.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Drive customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support during the sales process.
- Manage B2B (business-to-business) sales interactions, building long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Utilise IT systems to record sales, update customer information, and generate reports.
- Organise appointments, follow-ups, and meetings efficiently using strong time management skills.
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members via various channels including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Support the organisation of promotional events or campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Assist in developing sales strategies by analysing market trends and customer feedback.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade effectively.
- Experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Competence in using IT tools such as CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software.
- Valid driving licence is desirable as some travel may be required.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Good time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve targets consistently.
