We are looking for an organised, compassionate and proactive Counselling Coordinator to support the smooth running of our busy Counselling Service. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in guiding clients through their journey, managing enquiries, maintaining confidential records, and ensuring clients are efficiently prepared for allocation to a counsellor. This is a varied, fast-paced role where strong administrative skills and the ability to communicate calmly and clearly with individuals - sometimes in distress - are essential.
Working closely with Clinical Service Manager(CSM) and other Counselling Co-ordinators, you will coordinate client processes, arrange assessments, manage data, and support the wider team with accurate information and operational tasks. We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, is highly organised, confident using IT systems, and has a genuine interest in supporting people within a charity or service setting.
