Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options
- Greet guests warmly and take drink orders accurately
- Ensure all drinks are prepared in accordance with company standards and legal requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
- Manage cash register operations and handle payments responsibly
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing any requests or concerns promptly
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure the bar is fully stocked throughout shifts
- Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role is preferred
- Excellent serving skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods
- Good organisational skills with effective time management abilities
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Proven ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
