My client is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to provide support to the Home Managers in their Services in Cumbria.
The salary on offer is from £50k - £57k + package and benefits and the post would suit an experienced Manager with an active NMC PIN, looking for their next step up the Management ladder.
What we need from you:
- Be a Registered Nurse and hold an active NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) certificate and PIN
- You have experience Managing Care Homes and improving quality
- You are driven, motivated and believe in the quality of care
- You possess strong leadership and management qualities whilst taking on a dynamic and flexible approach to the role
