AAA Healthcare Agency Ltd is currently recruiting Female Care Assistants to join our growing team providing high-quality care in domiciliary care and care home settings across Preston and surrounding areas.
We are looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated individuals who are passionate about supporting vulnerable adults to live independently while maintaining their dignity, privacy and wellbeing.
Drivers are preferred, however female candidates who do not drive will also be considered, depending on location and availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care and support.
- Assist with washing, dressing, toileting and mobility.
- Support with medication (where trained).
- Prepare meals and assist with nutrition and hydration.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Maintain accurate care records.
- Follow care plans, safeguarding procedures and company policies.
Essential Requirements
- Female Care Assistant (where this is a genuine occupational requirement for the role)
- Right to work in the UK
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Caring, compassionate and reliable
- Willing to provide personal care
- Flexible to work weekdays and weekends
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
Desirable
- Previous experience in domiciliary care or care homes
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to a vehicle
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
